In commodity trading, quality is not promised: it is measured, documented and answered for. These are the commitments we make in every transaction.
Commitments
Oils Trader Paraguay S.A. takes responsibility for delivering goods as agreed, backed by analytical evidence and with complete traceability from origin to the port of destination.
Specification declared in writing
Every transaction closes on an explicit specification. What is not written in the contract is not agreed quality, and we do not take it for granted.
Our own analysis on every lot
No shipment leaves without passing through our laboratory. The analytical certificate travels with the cargo and a sealed counter-sample is kept for re-analysis.
Complete document traceability
Origin, conditioning, analysis and dispatch are recorded and can be reconstructed for any later query or claim.
One owner per transaction
The client has a single contact from start to finish. We do not pass problems between departments: whoever sold, answers.
Continuous improvement on facts
Every deviation, claim or discrepancy at destination is analysed and leads to a concrete action on the process, not an explanation.
ISCC certificate holders
We hold ISCC certification (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification), an international system for verifying sustainable and traceable supply chains.
Scope, sites and validity are stated on the certificate. Certification does not by itself extend a claim to every product or shipment.
ISO 9001:2015 certification
Our quality management system is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
